🔄 Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@polarline.com with your order number and reason for return.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • If your package was lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.


🚚 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@polarline.com with a photo and description of the issue.
